CRM Technical And Functional Consultant
The CRM Technical/Functional Consultant reports to the Head of the CRM Department of the WorkinWith Group.
Our consultants work on the front line, in partnership with our customers to provide cutting-edge solutions that meet their needs in different industries, and in particular in the service sector.
As part of this role, the consultant implements CRM systems for new customers, and provides support and upgrades for existing customers.

Working with our customers may involve national or international travel.
Main responsibilities
The CRM Technical Functional Consultant acts as a technical SME and system administrator for various CRM projects. In particular, he or she is responsible for the development and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms.
The ideal profile has knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, reports, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model and user interface development, or is moving up the skills ladder as quickly as possible.
The Consultant manages customer relations. He is attentive at all times to the project’s margin and profitability. To this end, he reports any overruns. He communicates regularly with the team working on the project. He or she may also need to develop skills in project management and the management of support services.
The Consultant must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests from a large user base. He or she is increasingly proficient in all technical and functional areas of Dynamics 365 CRM.
The CRM Technical-Functional Consultant participates in solution design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting customer business processes and system expectations and requirements.
He trains users in the CRM system, as well as in related customizations and reports to model the company’s organizational process.
He supports our customers and shares best practices in CRM processes, development and integration.
He writes technical specifications for planned work in a precise and detailed manner, online and within the scope of the signed contract.
Creates and configures CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows.
Develops SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML.
Works with the internal support department to resolve technical issues related to servers, ETL packages, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies of the internal CRM system.
Maintains code repository, VSTS backlog and source code control.
Makes effective use of third-party tools to administer CRM.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in the articulation of technical specifications or customer exchanges in French and English. Other languages a plus.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 CRM a plus.
- Some experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS, including plugins, scripting and form creation.
- Some experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
- Ability to understand and configure security groups, roles and teams.
- Comfortable using Visual Studio, TFS/VSTS, source code control, CRM Software Development Kit (SDK).
- Knowledge of the D365 platform with regard to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions, including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote a+.
- Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL.
- SSIS or other ETL technologies.
Education
Studies at a university of applied sciences or polytechnics.
Langages
French and English (spoken and written).
