D365 Developers W/M
The D365 Developer takes part in the design of technical components linked to ERP processes.
He/ She executes and develops the software solutions and technical choices recommended by the Technical Architect as part of the project in which he is involved, in agreement with the Project Manager.
Ensures consistency of ERP implementation. On a weekly basis, he/she shares the progress of the tasks assigned to him/her, and promptly informs the Project Manager of any overruns or points for attention, so that he/she can make the necessary adjustments.
The D365 Developer has 2 to 5 years’ experience in software design and development. They continue to learn about Microsoft solutions, particularly Dynamics Finance & Operations, independently and by attending in-house training courses.
The D365 Developer is part of the Development department and reports to the Swiss Technical Manager.
Main responsabilities
- Carry out specific developments recommended by the Technical Arch
- Document technical work carried out for the customer
- Regularly and qualitatively update the task tracking tool (e.g. DevOps)
- Comply with quality standards defined for architectures
- Work with existing customers and analyze their technical needs in order to provide them with a tailor-made solution
- Lead customer analysis workshops
- Communicate on a weekly basis the status and progress of technical tasks to the Technical Architect and the customer, and alert them quickly to risks if necessary.
- Keep abreast of technological developments, as IT technologies evolve rapidly
- Maintain your knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) technical architecture by regularly passing certifications and participating in events organized by Microsoft.
Skills & qualifications
- AX, technical solutions architecture in a dynamic environment D365
- X++, .Net, BI, mobile and Web applications
- Power Platform – Microsoft Power BI, PowerApps, CDS
- Expertise in the use of LCS, VSTS, Azure DevOps, SQL and other Azure services
- Experience of various integration tools and services such as Microsoft Flow and LogicApps
- IOT, AI and latest digital technologies relevant to D365 FO projects
- Clear understanding of the Dynamics 365 system
- Creation of technical plans for specific customers
- Supervision of customer analysis workshops
- Oversee design of key technical components
- Good written and oral communication skills
Education
Studies at an engineering school or Master 2 in Computer Science
