He/she has full responsibility; from the initial design of the systems to the training of the end users and the ongoing maintenance of the systems in place.
He/she works closely with team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The CRM Consultant is always focused on improving the customer experience and has a strong background in CRM systems.
They apply their technical and interpersonal skills to help companies achieve their business goals through customized CRM solutions.
His/her primary duties include gathering customer needs, designing and implementing CRM solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, training users, and maintaining and enhancing existing systems.
