Be a Support Consultant within the WorkinWith team
The Support Consultant’s mission is to assist customers and users in resolving incidents related to the use of Microsoft solutions, after their implementation.
He/she familiarizes himself/herself with the solution implemented at the customer’s site and proposes optimization solutions to improve its use.
In addition, the consultant is responsible for monitoring new features proposed by Microsoft and suggesting their implementation to customers if they are useful to improve their solution.
Finally, he/she also assists the customer if he/she wishes to implement new settings in his/her solution.
To succeed in this job, the consultant must be rigorous, empathetic and curious.
In addition, they must have excellent communication skills to provide effective support to customers. Working closely with clients, the consultant must be able to understand technical problems, explain them clearly and concisely in order to work hand in hand with the client.
In short, the support consultant is a crucial role in the IT field, helping customers solve technical problems and use IT systems more effectively.
