Our Human Resources team as well as our Career Managers and Buddies surround our new resources from day one to welcome them, answer their questions and share with them the program for the development of their skills, their training and their intervention on projects.
Your career path, punctuated by client projects, is quickly enriched. These multiple experiences allow for a continuous increase in technical, organizational and human skills.
Your assigned Career Manager will regularly exchange with you to collect your feedback and to know the evolution of your professional desires. By allowing open and transparent discussions, we are then able to offer personalized support. Annual objectives are then set for each team member in line with their development wishes and our strategy.
To enable you to reach your personal goals, we offer different types of training at different times in your career.
The more junior profiles in the consulting environment and newly introduced to the Microsoft ecosystem will benefit from various types of training allowing them to acquire the right basics: bootcamp, e-learning, shadow staffing.
In parallel, thematic training is offered to all our consultants according to their operational needs and personal requests in order to develop both hard and soft skills. Among our general know-how, we focus on project methodology, workshop management, communication and mastery of support tools such as DevOps. Through a partner school, we can also support our team members who wish to improve their language skills.
We arrange work time to ensure that each of our profiles passes at least one Microsoft certification per year. We are committed to excellence.
We organize several bootcamps, intensive training sessions lasting several weeks per year to help our profiles specialize and become more competent in their job, the methodologies we use, the best practices as well as the soft and hard skills essential to their expertise.
We set up presentations by subject in each department, which are documented and shared in our internal sharepoint in order to help our profiles improve their oral communication, the trainings they have to give on projects and we accumulate in parallel material which proves to be precious for our profiles at the beginning of their career.
Finally, knowledge sharing is our greatest source of information.
We encourage everyone to regularly exchange information within and outside of their departments, to create study groups for Microsoft certifications, to share industry news and tips, etc.
