They are pillars of WorkinWith and play key roles within the company. We consult them on the internal processes in place so that they can help us optimize them.

They are involved in pre-sales, in customer architecture and change management and in the different phases of the projects and accompany our customers with their professional experience and advice. They also coach more junior profiles so that they progress in their skills development. They answer their questions, organize regular career reviews and share their knowledge. They also participate in internal presentations and trainings as well as in the strategic definition of the company’s development.
