HR Generalist M/W/D
The HR Generalist is at the heart of WorkinWith entity’s HR operations, working closely with local country management and all the Delivery Leads and globally with other HR Profiles on HR Group Projects. He/she works with employees and social partners, as well as with team leaders and the Finance department. He/she reports to the Chief Human Resources following WiW Group Strategy.
The HR Generalist participates in the regional recruitment strategy and takes part in the integration of new employees. He/she hires the profiles defined according to the growth strategy of the Country Manager and the Group, and regularly informs local management and WiW Group C-levels of his or her progresses in this field of competency. He/she works closely with the Group CHRO in order to create a detailed job description for each employee or open role in the country or region he/she covers. He/she includes the Group CEO and CHRO in the recruitment process of senior profiles.
The HR Generalist ensures the smooth running of the WorkinWith Germany offices and contributes to team cohesion. He/she works on a daily basis to retain and engage employees, to motivate them and takes time to talk with them and identify needs (in terms of trainings, vacations, support or any other topic). He/she manages the HR department locally and execute all HR general tasks required locally by law. He/she is able to draft Reference Letters for the employees. He/she supports all the Delivery Lead in order to organize the annual reviews and set annual goals. He/she actively takes part to these meetings in order to gather important information regarding career progression, training needs, and or profile’s replacement. He/she optimize and bring added value thanks to his/her professional experience and or proactivity and engagement. He/she is able to organize and manage employee mediation meetings if necessary, and follow up on these meetings.
The HR Generalist organizes all Onboarding days with the Country Manager in place and manages the HR presentation.He/she supports and shares all important information.
At the same time, the HR Generalist deepens his or her knowledge of human resources and keeps abreast of legal and social developments.
He/she thinks out of the box and comes up with innovative ideas to improve teams’ day-to-day work.
He/she works on group HR projects to implement them in the region for which he/she works, and proactively identifies original HR ideas which he/she proposes and implements.

- Creation and management of personnel files and employment contracts. Collaboration with WiW Departement and C-Levels to share information regarding newcomers (Excel spreadsheet updated with all general information regarding employees)
- Management of relations with social partners: announcement of new employees and monitoring financial assistance
- Management of the relationship with the with Payroll Provider, monthly dispatch of payroll variables and verification of payslips
- Answer questions from employees about HR or administrative topics
- Talent Development & organization of bootcamps and trainings with the Country Manager and senior profiles

Recruitment:
- He/she participates to the creation of a Recruitment strategy for the region he/she covers
- Start-to-end Recruiting Process (from Job Advertisement to Candidate Care)
- Participation in the recruitment process and follow-up of candidates. He/she creates a pipeline of candidates useful to WorkinWith Germany (and region) in relation to the short- and medium-term development strategy
- He/she contacts and organizes recruitment with local teams and management (Group management for senior profiles recruitment)
- He/she prepares offers of employment, employment contracts and all related administrative documents
- He/she drafts all job descriptions in line with the position and the region’s recruitment and development strategy. He/she keeps them updated and complete them when a role or a position is different with an existing Job Description
- Organization of onboarding sessions, participation in presentations for new employees, coordination between teams and handover of IT equipment. Explanation of HR rules, values, organization, and organization charts. Explanation of internal tools such as Timesheets, WBS, Expenses, etc.
Office management and WorkinWith culture:
- Manage relationships and contracts with WorkinWith Germany suppliers
- Participation in the planning of WorkinWith Germany events and organization
- Collaboration with Group HR team to improve international processes
- Participation/collaboration in HR Group Projects
- Development and improvement of WorkinWith Germany’s HR policies and internal processes
Skills & qualifications

Understanding of Germany human resources legislation and Labor Law

Understanding of German packages and explanation

Understanding of Internal levels and ‘promotion process’

Knowledge and understanding of the IT services sector and all the roles related to WiW organization

Knowledge of HR practices: payroll and employee management

Education
Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources
