CONSULTANT MS D365 FINANCE

I am currently a Consultant Finance, at WorkinWith.

I have just over 3 years of experience now in Finance and Operations consulting at D365.

The six-month intensive training program allowed me to discover the different facets of this exciting and challenging job.

This training program allowed me to discover the job of consultant but also the possibilities that D365 offers in the daily tasks of the life of a company.

I was also able to discover the different phases of a D365 implementation project, from the beginning of the project to the end, as well as the role of the stakeholders in the project.

I felt immediately integrated into the team, accompanied by fantastic colleagues, guardian angels, such as the Human Resources team, my Career Manager and my Buddy.

The shared knowledge of my Career Manager, my Buddy but also of my colleagues with senior profiles, trained me and helped me to accomplish very quickly my different tasks in my daily life as a Junior Consultant.

The periods of self-learning, the trainings I followed and the fact that I was able to participate very quickly in a project, first in shadow staffing in order to follow a senior profile, then as a full-fledged stakeholder in the project afterwards, allowed me to blossom in my work and to develop my skills in my profession.

This sharing of knowledge and the supervision of my Career Manager and my Buddy, allow me to progress, to learn, day by day, to aim for excellence in the services provided, thanks to the initiation to the different methodologies on the projects, and to reach my ambitious professional goals.

I am truly grateful to have been able to participate in such a training program and to collaborate with caring and qualified colleagues.

What makes WiW different from the competition?

I am really happy to be a part of this close-knit and responsive team. It would be difficult for me to imagine working with another company in this way, while working on interesting and educational projects.

SENIOR ANALYST D365 FINANCE

I am currently a Finance Senior Analyst at Workinwith and started working on Finance and Operation a few month back.

After a self-training phase, I had the opportunity to participate in a 3-week Bootcamp. It helped me understand the big picture, with the full project life at Workinwith as well as the different functionalities in Dynamics 365.

I go back sometimes on the bootcamp training to understand further some subjects and link it to the project I am working on.

I was able to start quickly on a project after the training, and I could put what I learned into practice. During the project, I learned to look into several tools when I have a question as there is a wide documentation available.

In addition, I can always ask for help and guidance to find a solution or a deeper understanding of the subject. For that I am grateful to the consultants in the different locations who made themselves available to help me.

One of my favourite sentence is "When you don't ask you question, you won't have an answer", so don't stay stuck and ask away.

Today, I work as a member of the team with our clients and I participate in the training of the most junior members who join us.
