Senior Project Manager
The Project Manager (confirmed +6 experience) participates and manages various projects signed or in the pipeline.
He/she reports to the Delivery Lead of the country where his/her contract is signed.
He/she supervises the members of his/her team and personally manages the most complex projects.
Each project is developed according to a pre-established methodology that allows to deliver the project in an „optimized“ and supervised way, managing the budget in a way that ensures a profit for WorkinWith.
The Project Manager has between 6 and 10 years of experience in IT project management.
He/she must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills (teamwork, listening) and an understanding of internal strategic power relations.
He/she has excellent interpersonal skills with the client as well, and keeps him/her regularly informed of the project’s progress.
He/she manages his/her margin at all times and writes change requests, which he/she submits quickly to the client when his (the client’s) needs change in relation to the contract signed with WorkinWith.
He/she also keeps the client informed of any problems that may arise during the project in order to agree on possible solutions and implement them quickly.
Finally, the Project Manager is attentive to the workload of each of the people involved in the project.
He/She makes sure that all the points of attention are brought back to him on a weekly basis and that the tasks distributed to the consultants are executed according to the project implementation plan.
Main responsabilities
- Management of the delivery of the different projects ’signed‘ or in the WorkinWith pipe.
- Distribution of the different tasks to be executed to the project team members.
- Management of more complex WorkinWith projects.
- Manage the career of the profiles reporting to him (performance reviews, preparation of promotions in agreement with the regional and local management).
- Participation in Delivery and staffing meetings and management of meetings concerning the progress of ongoing projects.
- Management of customer relations.
- Budget management of complex projects and supervision of other projects on a regular basis.
- Manage the margin at all times to ensure project profitability.
- Manage change requests and client sign-off.
- Manage and resolve issues with the relevant consultants.
- Regular communication to the client on the status of the project and the risks involved.
- Implement the chosen methodology according to the complexity of the project.
Skills & qualifications
- At least 6 to 10 years of experience in managing complex ERP projects
- Experience in team management
- Experience in applying different methodologies (Agile, Best Practices, Waterfall…)
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 system (high level)
- Project budget and margin management

Studies at a university of applied sciences or polytechnic
